How do I... set up ACH external transfers?
You must enroll and obtain approval to use Mobile Check Deposit. Simply click Deposit Check (in your app dashboard) and select the accounts you would like to deposit a check into (savings, checking, etc.) and submit. This sends a notice to the credit union and you will receive a message in the mobile app when you are approved.
Once you are approved, use the app to take a picture of the front and back of the check. The endorsement on the back must read Mobile Deposit FirstCCU and be on the right side of the image. If the back of the check does not contain the correct information, the deposit will be rejected.
After submitting, you will receive a message that the check has been accepted. Mobile Check Deposits are credited to your account twice daily; 10:00 AM & 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. For example, if you deposit a Mobile Check Deposit at 3:15 PM on Friday, the deposit will appear in your account on Monday at approximately 10:00 AM. All checks deposited through the mobile app are subject to check hold policies of the credit union.
