Tips for Mobile Check Deposit

  • You must enroll and obtain approval to use Mobile Check Deposit. Just click Deposit Check (in your app dashboard) and select the accounts you would like to deposit a check into (savings, checking, etc.) and submit. This sends a notice to us and you'll receive a message in the FirstCCU Mobile App when you're approved.
  • Once you're approved, use the app to take a picture of the front and back of the check. The endorsement on the back must read Mobile Deposit FirstCCU and be on the right side of the image. If the back of the check doesn't contain the correct information, the deposit will be rejected.
  • After submitting, you'll receive a message that the check has been accepted. Mobile Check Deposits are credited to your account twice daily; 10:00 AM & 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. For example, if you deposit a Mobile Check Deposit at 3:15 PM on Friday, the deposit will appear in your account on Monday at approximately 10:00 AM. All checks deposited through the FirstCCU Mobile App are subject to our check hold policies.
