Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP)

A GAP policy kicks in when your vehicle is stolen and not recovered or totaled in an accident. GAP covers the difference between what you owe on your loan and what you receive from your insurance company. Without GAP, you could be stuck paying a large amount of money.

Mechanical Repair Coverage

If you're driving an older vehicle with an expired manufacturer's warranty, this high-quality, comprehensive coverage pays for the cost of parts and labor for any covered repair. Mechanical Repair Coverage1 provides several valuable benefits:

  • Substitute transportation: Up to $50 per day up to a maximum of 10 days, available on the first day of coverage. Options for traditional rental car or rideshare are available.
  • 24-emergency roadside assistance: Up to $125 per occurrence and includes towing, battery jump start, fluid delivery, flat tire assistance, lock-out service, and extracting your vehicle from an inaccessible area within 50 feet of a paved road or highway.
  • No out-of-pocket expense (except for any deductible): The administrator pays the repair facility directly for the covered repair.
