24/7 debit card activation and PIN service

In the past you'd have to visit an ATM to activate your card or change the PIN number, now you can securely manage your debit card from any phone. 

Our new interactive voice response (IVR) service allows you to activate your debit card 24 hours a day from wherever you are.  You also have the convenience of being able to select or change your personal identification number (PIN).  So if you forgot or simply don't like your current PIN number you can easily change it at any time!

When you call you will be asked to provide:

  • Information from the card itself
  • Last 4 digits of the SSN of the primary cardholder
  • Your zip code  

You can immediately use the card following the successful completion of the call!
