The FirstCCU mobile app lets you manage your bank account and bill pay account all right from your mobile phone. That means you can view transactions, transfer money, deposit checks, and pay bills from anywhere and anytime you like. Download a step-by-step guide on how to enroll in Home Banking and the FirstCCU Mobile App.
You can use the mobile app to:
View transactions. Track, view and search for transactions; add a note or an image; and filter by tags anytime and anywhere.
Make transfers. With the mobile app, you can easily and securely initiate one-time, future date or repeating transfers between your accounts at FirstCCU.
Deposit checks remotely. Securely deposit checks anywhere you have a WiFi or Internet connection using just your mobile phone.
Get notifications. Set up alerts for when deposits and payments are made, when transfers go through or when your account balance is low.
Manage your bills. You can add payees, view all your upcoming bills, make payments and access your payment history.

Tips for Mobile Check Deposit:
- You must enroll and obtain approval to use Mobile Check Deposit. Simply click Deposit Check (in your app dashboard) and select the accounts you would like to deposit a check into (savings, checking, etc.) and submit. This sends a notice to the credit union and you will receive a message in the mobile app when you are approved.
- Once you are approved, use the app to take a picture of the front and back of the check. The endorsement on the back must read Mobile Deposit FirstCCU and be on the right side of the image. If the back of the check does not contain the correct information, the deposit will be rejected.
- After submitting, you will receive a message that the check has been accepted. Mobile Check Deposits are credited to your account twice daily; 10:00 AM & 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. For example, if you deposit a Mobile Check Deposit at 3:15 PM on Friday, the deposit will appear in your account on Monday at approximately 10:00 AM.
