BILL PAY - Soon you will have access to an easier, faster and more convenient way to pay bills. Our new Bill Pay gives you the ability to pay and receive your bills securely, all in one place, make automatic recurring payments, receive helpful reminders when a bill is due, and track your account balances and payment history quickly. Bill Pay is part of our new Home Banking system, which is the same as the current bill pay system.

LOG-IN DETAILS FOR BILL PAY - To access Bill Pay you will need to log-in to the new Home Banking and click on the Bill Pay tab. All of your existing Payees will transfer over and display in the new Bill Pay system.

Bill Pay Reminders:

  • There is one major difference between the current bill pay and the new Bill Pay system. With the new Bill Pay, once a payment is processed the money is deducted from your checking account.
  • The delivery date will be displayed in a box. Below that date is the payment processing date. The payment is withdrawn from your account on the processing date. This is typically PRIOR to the due date especially if it is paid by check.
  • Bill Pay Blackout - To coordinate bill payment conversion there will be a bill payment blackout period. Bill payments scheduled prior to May 25th will be sent on schedule. No bill payments will be sent after this date in the current system. New bill payments can be set-up in the new Bill Pay system starting June 3rd.
  • Bill Presentments (bills delivered to the bill pay site) DO NOT transfer from the current system to the new Bill Pay system. This means that you will need to set-up the presentment in the new Bill Pay (iPay) if you wish to continue having bill presentment.

New Features of Bill Pay:

  • Single sign on as part of home banking
  • All existing Payees and history transfers to the new system
  • Money is deducted when the bill is processed. This means no overdrafts!
  • Peer-to-Peer payments, basically pay anyone from bill pay
  • Bill presentment is available
  • Integrated user tutorial available on the bill pay site
